Pardon me if I go into this topic in technical and academic point of view. But this has to be stated in order to understand the basic set up of our family, which is directly the basic nature of each and every one of us. Each one of you has been watched over some time on how you interact with others or asked some question or both. This was to make sure of this ‘quality’ in your character which I cannot express in words. And this is what is common among all of us. I can put it in simple terms like, we just like to have fun, we like gaming because of friends. So on and so forth. But the basic truth is we all share this ‘quality’ which is what makes us different from the rest of the gamers and even rest of the people.
The way we express our self, interact with others and social circumstances is determined and displayed as our ego. But ego is strongly governed by Id (the basic drive for food, sex, and aggression etc, the primitive, illogical and unconscious side) and superego (the conscience, the moral enforcer with in our self, the thing which decides right and wrong and which opposes Id). Whether you believe it or not, you realize it or not, what we have is a good healthy superego which makes us think good act good, behave nicely and respectfully. What makes us not to use hacks or restrain from talking thrash is this quality of ours. I know every one including me loose our control now and then, but it’s not without feeling guilty and remorse for it. These thoughts are the primary weapon that a good super ego uses to tame us to become good human beings. This over hand of superego on us we won’t accept it easy, we will be furnishing reasons like, I just don’t like hack, there is no fun to hack, let him call names I don’t care, they are just kids and certain other reasons. But the basic truth that we need to realize is that we are simple good human beings by nature that’s why we don’t do it. And it’s NOT a fact to be ashamed of, or it’s not a fact that will make you a sissy boy or ‘gayish’ attitude or want ever they call it now a days, its plain and simple, by gods grace and blessing we were just lucky enough to be good and not fall into the main stream of deterioration. It is for this concrete personality that we were recruiting members only above age 20, because there character is some what set and can have little variation by outside influence. But we soon realized that some younger brothers processed such great maturity and unique attitude which even put us adults to shame. Their professionalism and gaming spirit out wqeighed the grown ups and we decided to open the gates to such exceptional younger brothers..It is because of this reason that we always make sure that we are recruiting the real person behind the computer and not his in game character.
By all these jargon I am not trying to prove that competitiveness and ambition is a bad attitude. It’s only when these are mixed with a bad personality and cheap sports man spirit that it turns out to become ugly. Trying to achieve perfection and being the best in what ever field you are into is entirely dependent upon your own personality, skills and hard work. Those who have these virtues can happily go on and attain the top positions. It is because of these select few people that the world still survives. Many theories can be proposed as to attain equality among all, but the sole truth is that the system exists, and the machinery works due to the select few who have the will to achieve. Pertaining to our situation at hand, those who have the capabilities are encouraged to go on and become the best players; in fact it would have been good if all of us had the will to do it. But the important fact to bear in mind is not to succumb to the general flow, not to be part of this environment of unscrupulous, immoral and above all immature genera of people who are trying to be the trend setters with this kind of bad attitude. We will attain perfection, we will become the best, and we will become role models as persons who can do it the right way, the honest way and the only way which will satisfy our morality. We will be respected not for our game play, but for what we are inside, what we have inside. We will be respected for our integrity, and we shall be respected for the courage we show to stand up to our beliefs and for our persistence to stick to principles that we uphold. And the tolerance, and even greater tolerances we will develop together and we will strive to become even better persons in the coming future.

At present our status, as u knows is in the preliminary stage of development of the basic platform. I hope I we have in our cadre sufficient number of people who believe in what we are doing. Whether you are willing to work, whether you have the time to dedicate to this, and all other doubts and excuses come secondarily. What’s most important is to believe in the cause which I am about to explain.
What we are aiming for is to create a huge, parallel core community of gamers who we know them as persons directly or indirectly, and not just as anonymous in-game characters. This community shall consist of friends who will have mutual trust and respect amongst themselves. In this virtual world neither caste, creed nor religion matters. We will live the virtual world of gaming as an alternative world which can only be imagined other wise. The ‘factor’ that I tried to explain will be the common binder that’s going to be the bonding force in this group. As this community grows it will be hard to keep a tab on each and every one and I know most of you will be thinking how each one of us can be connected to the rest or how can one person be friend, or in any way related to such a vast population. Well, I would like to clarify that in the future we will consist of several small, small families like our self which will make up to form this large group. It’s high time we realize that, just like the real world virtual gaming world also consist of real people who can sense and feel. And as in real world which has lots of individuals forming a family and still lot more family forming a society, we will be forming a gaming society. And like in a real world its time we need to have some basic ethical and moral codes which should govern our behavior. No political or legal fencing and restrictions will work or help to govern this world. The only thing that can ensure the efficient and effective monitoring of such a virtually real world and its society is the integrity of the person alone. The only judge of a person is his own healthy superego. The only judgment and punishment is, if at all a person feels it, is his own guilt of wrong doing. It is because of this delicate situation that we have to be stringent and make a right diagnosis of persons whom we include.
